Sourcing Fee

We will source 3 - 4 diamonds or gemstones tailored to your preferences—each presented with 360° HD videos, certification details, and pricing within your discussed budget.

Once you’ve reviewed the options, you’ll choose your preferred stone. We will then place it on a complimentary 24-hour hold. During that window, a $100 non-refundable sourcing fee* is required to move forward.

Once the fee is paid, we'll have the diamond brought in for inspection. We will examine it closely, provide real-life photos and videos, and confirm it meets both of our standards.

If approved, the remaining balance is due in full before the diamond is shipped out to you.

*This $100 sourcing fee reserves your place in our sourcing queue and covers the time, labor, and vendor logistics involved. It is non-refundable, but it will be credited toward your final purchase once you move forward.
