Some women enter a room. Others command it. The Black Swan Statement dress is for the latter. Dark, dramatic, and impossibly elegant, with built-in shapewear that creates a silhouette so precise it looks made for you alone.

Size guide
Firm sculpting fit. Choose by your body measurements, not your usual dress size — and if you're between sizes, size up.
| Size | Bust | Waist | Hips |

Model is 175 cm / 5'9", wearing L
Getting the perfect fit
- Choose your size by your largest measurement — if your bust is a M but your hips are an L, size to the L.
- Our sculpting fabric holds its shape, so the larger size still flatters.
- Our dresses have the corset sewn into the lining: they smooth and support without squeezing, so there is no separate shapewear to wear.
International sizes
Somarelle sizes are XS–XL. Here's how they convert across regions.
How to measure
Use a soft tape measure, keep it level and snug — not tight — and measure over light clothing or bare skin. These are body measurements, not garment measurements.
- Bust
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
- Waist
- Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
- Hips
- Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, with your feet together.
Still unsure? Send us your measurements and we'll recommend your size. Contact us or email support@somarelle.com.

What women say after the night
Like the picture, beautiful dress. I got my size.
This dress is adorable. It fits me great and the material is comfortable for summer. It is a super comfy dress and I would get it in another color.
Really cute and flattering. It was a thick fabric and warm so not suitable for where I live otherwise I would have kept it.
What a lovely dress! I received a lot of compliments and everyone asked where it came from. I am tall and can still wear the length very well. The material is a dream.
Very comfortable. True to fit. It says hand wash, but I washed inside out and on delicate and it came out perfect.
Pretty look. Longer than I thought it would be.
Lovely. So comfortable.
Fit was true and material feels nice against skin. It made me feel great and I have gotten many compliments while wearing it. A great purchase.
Good value, great look, nice fit, I am tall, might run long on someone shorter than five foot seven.
So so so happy with this dress! I wore it to a wedding and got many compliments. The fabric is really stretchy and thick, so it looks very expensive.
I ordered this dress for a cruise and it will be perfect. The length is great and the material is very comfortable. For the price, I feel like a million bucks.
It is beautiful, I got it thinking it was right but it stretches so well. Good thing, the dress gave shape to the waist without being loose.
Kept getting compliments the whole night! Just wished it did not get wrinkly so easily but besides that, so comfortable and well worth every penny.
Very comfortable dress and material feels great!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress. It fits true to form and is made out of high quality fabric. It fills all my fancy dreams and looks great.
Worked out fantastic as an under layer for my style! Got compliments so what is not to love?
Oh my, this dress is so darling! I love this one, as well. I ordered one but it is a little snug for me. I do not like my clothes tight. The fabric is very comfortable. Very dressy and not hot at all. For me, I like the fit. But so gorgeous.
Such a beautiful dress, fits nicely and great material.
Love this dress. I am five foot seven inches tall and one hundred fifty two pounds, fifty eight year young.
I love this dress, however I had to return it. It was tight and it clung to me in the back. I am looking forward to receiving my reorder!
I love this dress, very flattering. It fit me well.
Nothing special.
I love this dress and I have received so many compliments. It is lovely and looks more expensive than it is. I just wish it had a bottom lining.
This is a very comfortable dress. It feels like a soft fabric and I love the feel of it on my body. It is perfect and hides lumps and bumps. Five stars.
Wow! Can not get over the fit and feel of this dress. No alterations needed. I would recommend this dress and for the price do not think twice.
Thick fabric but beautiful dress and perfect for my needs!
Absolutely LOVE this dress. They can be worn for work with heels or casual with flats. The fit is perfect and flattering. The material is soft and not see through.
This dress is made of good quality material. The design is great and it is super comfortable. I would definitely buy another one for different occasions.
Not too bad. The length is okay considering I am short. I like that it is lifted on one side. I am in between sizes but the fit works.
Love, the material is soft and stretchy, it hugs all the right places!
This brand never disappoints! The style is an absolute delight and you can adjust the length easily. The design is super stretchy so never feel restricted.
