Welcome to Somarelle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, somarelle.com, and the purchase of any products offered by Somarelle ("Somarelle", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you ("you", "the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About Us

Somarelle is an e-commerce brand offering premium women's dresses and apparel, including pieces with built-in support and contouring features. Somarelle is operated by Somarelle Trading LLC, Office 08B, Block B, Mezzanine Floor, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and ships to customers in the United Arab Emirates, the GCC, and selected international destinations available at checkout.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Website

By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian;
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
  • The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
  • You will use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

3. Products, Descriptions & Availability

We make every effort to display our products, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, fabric, fit, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and manufacturing variation.

All products are subject to availability. Because Somarelle operates on a limited stock model, items may sell out quickly and may not be restocked. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or update product details at any time without prior notice.

Where a product forms part of a limited or final collection, once stock is sold it may not be replaced.

4. Pricing

Our prices are set in UAE Dirham (AED). Depending on your country or region, prices may be shown and charged in your local currency; where this applies, the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of taxes and duties as indicated at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, and compare-at prices at any time. Any "compare-at" or "was" price shown is a price at which the item was previously offered for sale on our website.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, typographical error, or system error, Somarelle reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after an order confirmation has been issued.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Somarelle reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, or breach of these Terms. Where an order is cancelled by us, any amount paid will be refunded.

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, cancellations, modifications, or changes are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, except where Cash on Delivery is offered and available for your location. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers; Somarelle does not store your full card details.

If a payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel or hold the order and to recover any associated costs.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Somarelle offers free standard shipping worldwide, with no minimum order value, to the countries and regions available at checkout, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Somarelle is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, incorrect or incomplete addresses, missing customs information, unpaid duties where applicable, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For orders to Saudi Arabia, and to any destination where checkout shows a shipping rate marked "Duties & Import Charges Included", Somarelle pays the import duties and taxes and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For other international destinations, customs duties, destination taxes, import charges, and clearance fees may apply and, where indicated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy, are the responsibility of the customer. 8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy sets out your rights and the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges, including return windows, eligibility conditions, shipping cost responsibilities, and the free first size exchange for UAE orders. That policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms or in our policies limits or removes any statutory consumer rights you may have under the applicable laws of your country, including any statutory right of cancellation, return, or refund.

9. Customs, Duties & Identification Requirements

For certain international destinations, customs authorities may require identification details for clearance, and duties or taxes may apply. You agree to provide accurate and complete customs and identification information where requested.

For Saudi Arabia, customs require the recipient's full name and National ID or Iqama number for orders of SAR 1,000 or more. We collect this before checkout and use it only for customs clearance.

Delays, customs holds, failed delivery, return-to-origin charges, additional courier fees, or customs charges caused by missing, incorrect, incomplete, expired, or rejected information may be the responsibility of the customer, as described in our Shipping Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Somarelle website — including the brand name, logo, text, graphics, product images, photography, designs, layout, and other materials — is the property of Somarelle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. The Somarelle name, logo, and branding may not be used without authorization.

11. Customer Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to Somarelle or our platforms, you grant Somarelle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed. You confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Somarelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products, or from any delay, error, or interruption in service.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for faulty products or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Product Use & Care

Our garments may include built-in support, contouring structure, delicate fabrics, or hygiene-sensitive features. You agree to follow any care instructions provided. Somarelle is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, washing, handling, or care contrary to the instructions provided.

14. Promotions, Discounts & Offers

Promotions, discount codes, sales, and offers are subject to their own terms, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless expressly stated. Somarelle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

15. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, and may use third-party providers for payment, shipping, messaging, and analytics. Somarelle is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Somarelle harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

17. Force Majeure

Somarelle is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, courier or supplier failures, customs actions, technical failures, or governmental restrictions.

18. Changes to These Terms

Somarelle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on our website. The version of the Terms in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order. Your continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, save for any rights you may have to bring proceedings in your country of residence where required by law.
